 Ficus Education partners with franchise operators and leading education providers to deliver education benefits designed for working adults and measurable workforce impact.

We design and manage structured education benefits that give Team Members access to 100% tuition-covered college through University of the Cumberlands, college readiness through Kaplan, and Language Learning with ESL training through flexible, technology-enabled and instructor-led learning.

Ficus structures and manages the education benefit so Operators can implement it with clarity and minimal lift. Our education partners deliver high-quality learning experiences. Operators lead the culture and create opportunities for growth and advancement within their teams.

We’re not just focused on providing access. We’re focused on helping Team Members make meaningful progress. Across our partnerships, Ficus has supported franchise Operators nationwide in creating education opportunities that have resulted in hundreds of college graduates and thousands of Team Members completing college credits.

## Our Role

Ficus brings together Operators, education partners and learning pathways within a supported implementation model. We manage coordination, communication, Team Member resources and ongoing program support so Operators aren't burdened with managing education benefits on their own.

Academic instruction is delivered by University of the Cumberlands. College readiness pathways are supported by Kaplan. Language Learning expands the model with English as a Second Language (ESL) and 13 additional languages, combining self-paced and AI-powered practice with live, instructor-led group lessons.

Ficus ensures the system works for you, your Team Members and your business.

##  Why the Name Ficus

We chose the name Ficus because workforce development works the same way. Strong educational roots create stability, advancement and sustainable growth within organizations.
