Earlier this year, a Charlotte-area Operator made [headlines](https://www.wccbcharlotte.com/2025/03/25/chick-fil-a-operator-covers-college-tuition-for-local-employees-a-life-changing-opportunity/)for doing something that changed the lives of team members. She offered to cover 100% of their college tuition by offering employer-sponsored education benefits. 

“It’s a life-changing opportunity,” one team member shared.
