Education benefits designed to support retention, leadership development and long-term team growth.
Helping Operators Build Stronger Teams Through Opportunity

Leadership Development
Develop future shift leaders, directors and long-term team members.
Recruitment
Stand out to students and team members looking for opportunity.
Culture
Build a restaurant culture centered around growth, development and investment in people.
What This Looks Like for Restaurant Teams

Ficus helps Chick-fil-A Operators offer flexible online education opportunities designed for working adults.
Employees can pursue associate, bachelor’s and master’s degrees across areas like business, leadership, IT, healthcare, education and more.
Through participating Operators, eligible team members can access pathways where tuition and textbooks are fully covered.
Programs are fully online with multiple annual start dates, allowing team members to balance school alongside work and life responsibilities.
Ficus also helps support communication, onboarding guidance and ongoing engagement for restaurant teams.
