This month, our team had the privilege of meeting with Independent Chick-fil-A Operators across Houston. These in-person visits gave us the opportunity to hear directly from leaders about how education benefits are shaping their restaurants, impacting team members, and strengthening futures.
Operators shared why providing education opportunities is more than just a benefit: it’s a way to show team members they’re valued. By offering debt-free, online pathways to degrees through Point University, Operators are creating an environment where people want to stay, grow, and lead.

Team Excitement: Operators described the pride team members feel when they realize they can earn an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree while working.
During our visits, we heard stories of team members who were the first in their families to pursue higher education, parents balancing work and school, and young leaders stepping into new levels of responsibility because of the confidence that education brings.
One Operator put it best, "This program is helping me grow the next generation of leaders inside my restaurant.”
