Our Purpose 

High tuition costs are prohibitive to the majority of young people, especially those who have grown up in a lower to middle class household, typically leaving them with debt that can be crippling for decades. 

The goal of the Ficus Group is to help change generations of future leaders through higher education while also enabling employers to recruit and train people from their local community to not only grow in the workplace but as influential and successful members of society. 

Ficus Group offers employers the ability to provide their employees with free college education via online University classes. Join us in encouraging generational change by pouring into those in our communities for greater impact.
